Metallwanne

I was hesitant about buying a metal tray, but the way the paint evenly loads onto the roller is noticeably better than my old plastic ones. The raised ridges really help distribute the paint without leaving those annoying bare spots. Cleanup was quick with a liner, just like described.

The rolled edges are a nice touch—no more paint dripping down the sides when I'm working fast. It sits solidly on the table while I load the roller, and the depth keeps the paint from splashing out.

Swapped my flimsy plastic tray for this one and the difference is night and day. The roller loads evenly without that annoying puddle at one end, and the liner makes cleanup a two-second job. Finally a tray that doesn't slide around while I'm working.
